Moshe and the Prophets!

Moshe and the Prophets!
Note #22
Father’s Calendar > 5th Month, 18th day, 7th Day Shabbat
What a warning that struck my heart when i heard it this morning. Many times have i read what Mashiah spoke, but this time it nailed my heart and wrecked me with an urgency unparalleled in my life!

Luk 16:19-31 (TS) “But there was a certain rich man who used to dress in purple and fine linen and lived luxuriously every day.
“And there was a certain beggar named Elʽazar, being covered with sores, who was placed at his gate,
and longing to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table. Indeed, even the dogs came and licked his sores.
“And it came to be that the beggar died, and was carried by the messengers to the bosom of Aḇraham. And the rich man also died and was buried.
“And while suffering tortures in the grave, having lifted up his eyes, he saw Aḇraham far away, and Elʽazar in his bosom.
“And crying out he said, ‘Father Aḇraham, have compassion on me, and send Elʽazar to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, for I am suffering in this flame.’
“But Aḇraham said, ‘Son, remember that in your life you received your good, and likewise Elʽazar the evil, but now he is comforted and you are suffering.
‘And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set, so that those who wish to pass from here to you are unable, nor do those from there pass to us.’
“And he said, ‘Then I beg you, father, that you would send him to my father’s house,
for I have five brothers, let him warn them, lest they also come to this place of torture.’
“Aḇraham said to him, ‘They have Mosheh and the prophets, let them hear them.’
“And he said, ‘No, father Aḇraham, but if someone from the dead goes to them, they shall repent.’
“But he said to him, ‘If they do not hear Mosheh and the prophets, neither would they be persuaded even if one should rise from the dead.’ ”
Did we get that? - If one does not hear (become obedient to) Torah, “Moshe and the Prophets” they will not even believe one who rose from the dead and would tell them!
Did we get that? - If one does not hear (become obedient to) Torah, “Moshe and the Prophets” they will not even believe one who rose from the dead and would tell them!
IF YOU DO NOT HEAR MOSES AND THE PROPHETS YOU WILL NOT EVEN BELIEVE MESSIAH WHO ROSE FROM THE DEAD!
It made me weep - i have many friends, and family that do not “hear” Moshe, they do not follow the Law and the Prophets, the Torah - Instructions of the Creator, our Abba, Father!
The “ROOT” of Salvation is BELIEF (faith)
THE “fruit” of Salvation is OBEDIENCE to Father’s Instructions. If we do not have a desire to follow Yahushua’s walk, which was according to Father’s Instructions - Torah, we might want to check if we have been born of incorruptible seed!
Jas 2:14-24 (TS) My brothers, what use is it for anyone to say he has belief but does not have works? This belief is [unable] to [save] him.
And if a brother or sister is naked and in need of daily food,
but one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and be filled,” but you do not give them the bodily needs, what use is it?
So also belief, if it does not have works, is in itself dead.
But someone might say, “You have belief, and I have works.” Show me your belief without your works, and I shall show you my belief by my works.
You believe that Elohim is one. You do well. The [demons also believe] – and shudder!
But do you wish to know, O foolish man, that the belief without the works is dead?
Was not Aḇraham our father declared right by works when he offered Yitsḥaq his son on the altar?
Do you see that the belief was working with his works, and by the works the belief was perfected?
And the Scripture was filled which says, “Aḇraham believed Elohim, and it was reckoned to him for righteousness.” And he was called, “Elohim’s friend.”
You see, then, that a man is declared right by works, and not by belief alone.
Whether one knows or not, IF your not following Father’s instructions you have brought a “curse” upon you. - READ THE BOOK! - REPENT - TURN BACK TO THE FATHER AND LIVE!
Love Your Brother Barry
